Participants learn how to deal with the issue of dying and the destiny of souls from a shamanic perspective. The workshop is both for those who wish to learn for themselves, and for those who wish to help others who are in terminal situations or who have already passed on. Workshop content includes learning how to become experientially familiar with the after-death realms, tracking a person using shamanic journeying, completing unfinished business, helping a person to cross over, and classic psychopomp work.
Prerequisite: the FSS Basic Workshop, The Way of the Shaman®, with an authorized FSS Faculty Member.
Instructor:This workshop is taught by Robbie Staufer, FSS Faculty Member, who is a graduate of the FSS Two-Week Intensive Training, and the Three-Year Program in Advanced Initiations in Shamanism and Shamanic Healing. She has been studying and practicing shamanism for 15 years. She teaches all of the FSS weekend workshops in Colorado, and is assistant faculty for the West Coast Two-Week Intensive and the West Coast Three-Year Program in the Bay Area. She facilitates a core shamanic drumming circle, and sees clients in her private practice, Spirit Canoe Shamanic Healing, at the Boulder Center for Conscious Community (BC3).

Cancelation Policy: Decisions about potential cancelation of workshops are made based on enrollment as of two weeks in advance of the workshop dates. This is necessary to accommodate the cancelation policies of our venues, and to allow people who have registered and made travel arrangements to cancel them without penalty. If you would like to join us for this workshop, please enroll by September 8th.
The Foundation for Shamanic Studies reserves the right to cancel any of its workshops or training courses, or the participation of anyone, at any time, for any reason. In such a case, fees paid in advance will be refunded. If you cancel your enrollment two weeks or more prior to the workshop, we will refund any money you have paid.
Workshop location and directions, and information about nearby hotels and restaurants, will be made available upon registration.
